In response to the government's call to revive the abandoned housing projects in Malaysia, NCT United Development Sdn. Bhd. (NCTUD), the development arm of NCT Group of Companies has undertaken the re-development of Taman Kenanga township under a joint effort between NCTUD and chargee Malaysia Building Society Berhad.

Taman Kenanga is one of the country's largest abandoned housing projects located in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Selangor.  The project was abandoned in 1999.

Built on a 315 acre land, the Taman Kenanga development will comprise low-cost apartments, terraced, semi-detached and super-link houses, bungalows and commercial properties, among others. A gated and guarded community concept would be implemented for high-end properties. The development comprises more than 10 phases and is expected to generate a gross development value (GDV) of more than RM800 million upon completion in 2017. There are also plans to connect the area and improve the linkage to the existing federal road, on top of the ready access to major highways in the country.

Taman Kenanga development will be our flagship project that we expect to receive strong response. It is poised to become the next residential, commercial and educational hub in Selangor.
